Having moved both domestically and internationally multiple times, I know how exciting and stressful finding a new home or selling a home can be. It is our pleasure to bring our expertise and understanding of the market to your next move to make it the best ever!

Before my current career in real estate, I worked in Sales and Marketing for over 15 years: most recently as the Head of Global Marketing for several Fortune 500 and 1000 firms.  These experiences have allowed me to become very good at managing stressful situations, problem-solving, and negotiating complicated details. In addition, with the backing of Keller  Williams Realty, we have the resources of one of the largest real estate firms in the US.

CARLISLE STARRETT Showing Specialist

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I spent my high school and college years working for one of the most prominent real estate companies in the Midwest. During my time there, I worked alongside some of the company’s premier real estate agents and, as a result, gained a wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry even before I was licensed. Because I was able to work with so many Realtors at once, I learned a wide variety of sales strategies and marketing tools that greatly benefit me now in my own career as a real estate professional.

After graduating from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, I moved to Boston and initially worked full-time as a Household Manager and Nanny, a job that requires wearing many hats, caretaker, teacher, manager, and assistant (to name a few), requiring me to be deeply integrated in the personal lives of many different families. These qualities have transferred into my career as a Realtor.   I am not just helping people find a house, I am assisting them in the very personal process of finding their home.   I listen to the needs of my clients and work closely with them to create a successful real estate experience. With both strong marketing and office management background both domestically and internationally, Lea ensures that all our transactions run smoothly and that you receive the best marketing for your property.

From the day we take your listing through to closing, Lea manages your listing entering your property into our Brivity System to ensure you receive timely updates as well as feedback on showings.

Lea also coordinates the development of the Marketing for your home from photography, floor plans and marketing materials to marketing your home on the Internet.
